In the event that your package is damaged: you must refuse it and ask to return it so we will reship it.
If you only notice once your package has been accepted that a product has been damaged, take a photo and send it to support@gtworld.be, an advisor will contact you as soon as possible to exchange procedure. The package number, the inspection slip, the condition of the contents and the packaging must appear on the photos.

- A package returned without a customer number and/or order number cannot be processed. Items returned open, incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled will not be returned.
