GT World of Beauty is committed to the quality of the items offered.
If despite all our efforts your purchases do not give you complete satisfaction, we will exchange or refund without justification on your part.
You have 15 days from receipt of your order to return the product(s) intact and complete(s)in the original package.
You can email us at support@gtworld.be pour requesting an exchange on an item.You will tell us at this time whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
Shipping and return costs are your responsibility, unless of course it is an error which is our responsibility. Only the price of the product(s) purchased will be refunded.
In the event that your package is damaged: you must refuse it and ask to return it so we will reship it.
If you only notice once your package has been accepted that a product has been damaged, take a photo and send it to support@gtworld.be, an advisor will contact you as soon as possible to exchange procedure. The package number, the inspection slip, the condition of the contents and the packaging must appear on the photos.

The procedure is simple:
- In the original packaging, complete, and accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
- A package returned without a customer number and/or order number cannot be processed. For the sake of hygiene, underwear, wigs and hairpieces that have been worn, accessories (caps, scarves, combs, brushes, Curlformers, etc.), massage gloves cannot be returned or exchanged. Items returned open, incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled will not be returned.
- We ship the products requested in exchange upon receipt of your return. In the case of a refund, we will, at your convenience, credit your bank account, your PayPal account or we will send you a bank check addressed to the name of the customer who placed the order and to the address of billing.

Si malgré tous nos efforts vos achats ne vous donnaient pas entière satisfaction, nous procédons à l’échange ou en remboursement sans justification de votre part.

Les frais d'envoi et de retour sont à votre charge, sauf bien sûr s'il s’agit d’une erreur qui nous incombe. Seul le prix du ou des produits achetés sera remboursé.
Dans le cas où votre colis est endommagé : vous devez le refuser et demander à le renvoyer ainsi nous procéderons à une réexpédition.
Si vous constatez seulement une fois votre colis accepté, qu'un produit a été endommagé, prenez une photo et envoyez-la à support@gtworld.be, une conseillère vous contactera dans les plus brefs délais pour la procédure d'échange. Le numéro du colis, le bordereau de contrôle, l'état du contenu et l'emballage doivent figurer sur les clichés.

Par souci d'hygiène, les sous-vêtements, les perruques et postiches qui ont portées, les accessoires (bonnets, foulards, peignes, brosses, Curlformers, etc.), les gants de massage ne sont ni repris, ni échangés. Les articles retournés ouverts, incomplets, abîmés, endommagés ou salis ne sont pas repris.
- Nous expédions les produits demandés en échange dès réception de votre retour. Dans le cas d’un remboursement, nous procédons, à votre convenance, à un crédit sur votre compte bancaire, sur votre compte PayPal ou nous vous faisons parvenir un chèque bancaire adressé au nom du client ayant passé la commande et à l'adresse de facturation.
