This sensitive scalp relaxer modifies hair structure for healthy-looking locks that are smooth and soft. It instantly brings hair to the perfect pH level to prevent damage and breakage, helps maintain the integrity of the hair fiber and protects bonds. Apply MIZANI Butter Protective Primer to the skin around the hairline and ears. Avoid contact with hair. Set the timer according to the relaxation time table (indicated on the package) before using the product. Wearing protective gloves, apply a generous amount of MIZANI Butter Blend Relaxer to the most stubborn area using the back of a tail comb or application brush. DO NOT apply to scalp. Continue the application over the entire head, cutting the hair into thin sections. Finish all sections and apply the product last to the hairline. Using gloves or the back of a comb, gently smooth hair at the scalp until desired smoothness is achieved. DO NOT exceed the recommended exposure time. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

You have 15 days from receipt of your order to return the product(s) intact and complete(s)in the original package.

Shipping and return costs are your responsibility, unless of course it is an error which is our responsibility. Only the price of the product(s) purchased will be refunded.
In the event that your package is damaged: you must refuse it and ask to return it so we will reship it.
If you only notice once your package has been accepted that a product has been damaged, take a photo and send it to support@gtworld.be, an advisor will contact you as soon as possible to exchange procedure. The package number, the inspection slip, the condition of the contents and the packaging must appear on the photos.

- In the original packaging, complete, and accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
- A package returned without a customer number and/or order number cannot be processed. For the sake of hygiene, underwear, wigs and hairpieces that have been worn, accessories (caps, scarves, combs, brushes, Curlformers, etc.), massage gloves cannot be returned or exchanged. Items returned open, incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled will not be returned.
