Shipping and return costs are your responsibility, unless of course it is an error which is our responsibility. Only the price of the product(s) purchased will be refunded.
In the event that your package is damaged: you must refuse it and ask to return it so we will reship it.
If you only notice once your package has been accepted that a product has been damaged, take a photo and send it to support@gtworld.be, an advisor will contact you as soon as possible to exchange procedure. The package number, the inspection slip, the condition of the contents and the packaging must appear on the photos.

A package returned without a customer number and/or order number cannot be processed. Items returned open, incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled will not be returned.
