FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: Q: How many packs of clips should I purchase? A: Each package contains a 12 inch wide plan. We recommend 1-2 packs to add color. 2 to 3 packets to increase volume. 3 to 5 bundles for length and volume. Q: Can I cut them to make smaller pieces? A: Yes, you can. Always seal cut ends to prevent chipping. Use American Dream Liquid Gold Bond or sealer. Q: Can I style my extensions with my flat irons and curlers? A: Yes, you can. Use one of your thermal styling tools as you would your own hair. Q: Do I need to use special shampoos and conditioners to keep my extensions healthy and tangle-free? A: We recommend only using hair care products for hair extensions. We recommend the American Dream Manhattan Shampoo and Conditioner or the American Dream Soft and Silky line as they are specifically designed for use with all human hair wigs, extensions and accessories. American Dream Soft and Silky Maintenance Spray can be used as often as you like, leaving your hair extensions shiny, healthy and tangle-free. Q: How long do my extensions last? A: It depends on how often the items are worn and how they are cared for. If maintained properly by American Dream, they can last for years. Q: Can I color the clip in extensions? A: We do not recommend coloring your hair extensions. With up to 100 colors in the range, American Dream has done all the work for you."

If despite all our efforts your purchases do not give you complete satisfaction, we will exchange or refund without justification on your part.
You have 15 days from receipt of your order to return the product(s) intact and complete(s)in the original package.
You can email us at support@gtworld.be pour requesting an exchange on an item.You will tell us at this time whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
Shipping and return costs are your responsibility, unless of course it is an error which is our responsibility. Only the price of the product(s) purchased will be refunded.
In the event that your package is damaged: you must refuse it and ask to return it so we will reship it.
If you only notice once your package has been accepted that a product has been damaged, take a photo and send it to support@gtworld.be, an advisor will contact you as soon as possible to exchange procedure. The package number, the inspection slip, the condition of the contents and the packaging must appear on the photos.

The procedure is simple:
- In the original packaging, complete, and accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
- A package returned without a customer number and/or order number cannot be processed. For the sake of hygiene, underwear, wigs and hairpieces that have been worn, accessories (caps, scarves, combs, brushes, Curlformers, etc.), massage gloves cannot be returned or exchanged. Items returned open, incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled will not be returned.
- We ship the products requested in exchange upon receipt of your return. In the case of a refund, we will, at your convenience, credit your bank account, your PayPal account or we will send you a bank check addressed to the name of the customer who placed the order and to the address of billing.
