Design Essentials Natural Almond & Avocado Wash Day Deep Moisturizing Mask 12 oz The Design Essential Almond and Avocado Wash Day Deep Moisturizing Mask is a highly effective moisturizer with the nourishing properties of almonds and avocado that strengthens and softens hair. This repairing mask works wonders on dry hair, reducing breakage and making it easier to detangle on wash day. Application: After shampooing, apply a palm-sized amount from roots to ends and comb through with a wide-toothed comb. Leave on for up to 15 minutes. Hold under the hair dryer for maximum exposure time. Rinse thoroughly with cold water. Repeat weekly for optimal results.

You have 15 days from receipt of your order to return the product(s) intact and complete(s)in the original package.

Shipping and return costs are your responsibility, unless of course it is an error which is our responsibility. Only the price of the product(s) purchased will be refunded.
In the event that your package is damaged: you must refuse it and ask to return it so we will reship it.
If you only notice once your package has been accepted that a product has been damaged, take a photo and send it to support@gtworld.be, an advisor will contact you as soon as possible to exchange procedure. The package number, the inspection slip, the condition of the contents and the packaging must appear on the photos.

The procedure is simple:
- In the original packaging, complete, and accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
- A package returned without a customer number and/or order number cannot be processed. For the sake of hygiene, underwear, wigs and hairpieces that have been worn, accessories (caps, scarves, combs, brushes, Curlformers, etc.), massage gloves cannot be returned or exchanged. Items returned open, incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled will not be returned.
- We ship the products requested in exchange upon receipt of your return. In the case of a refund, we will, at your convenience, credit your bank account, your PayPal account or we will send you a bank check addressed to the name of the customer who placed the order and to the address of billing.
