The package number, the inspection slip, the condition of the contents and the packaging must appear on the photos.

A package returned without a customer number and/or order number cannot be processed. For the sake of hygiene, underwear, wigs and hairpieces that have been worn, accessories (caps, scarves, combs, brushes, Curlformers, etc.), massage gloves cannot be returned or exchanged. Items returned open, incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled will not be returned.
