Carefully follow all instructions on the user guide inside the kit box to avoid skin and scalp burns, hair loss, and eye injury. This product contains alkali; do not use if the scalp is irritated or damaged. Do not use on hair treated with thioglycolate (permed curls). Do not use on bleached or permanently colored hair that is breaking, splitting, or otherwise damaged. Do not use with compound henna or metallic hair dyes. If you do not know the type of hair color used, contact the hair color manufacturer to find out. If hair has been previously textured or loosened, apply only to new growth as directed in the user guide. If a relaxer causes skin or scalp irritation, rinse immediately and wash with a neutralizing shampoo. If irritation or persistent hair loss occurs, consult a doctor. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and consult a doctor. May cause blindness. Serious injury can occur if the relaxant and/or activator are ingested. Seek immediate medical attention if swallowed. May burn hair. Keep away from flammable materials. Must be used by an adult. Keep out of reach of children.
